As a Solution Architect we usually face the dilemma between two solutions, one that requires a huge capital investment and the other would simply require adding other team members to answer the same business requirement.
Which one to suggest ? for that you should review your company strategy if it is mainly oriented on Capital or Operational expenses.
But, keep the other solution handy as some exceptions could be made if escalated 😉
